The Consortium Properties is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Officer with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, adapt and a team player to join our dynamic and vibrant team. The Real Estate Officer will be stationed in Lusaka and will play a key role in various assignments of the organisation.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate
Proficiency in MS OfficenPrevious experience in valuation, real estate sales, leasing or property management is preferred
Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and industry standardsnKnowledge of Real Estate industry practices in Zambia
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to prioritise work assignments to meet deadlines
Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage
Fresh graduates with relevant industrial experience may also be considered.
Hard working ethic is required
Must be a team player
Good communicator with good interpersonal skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic planning
Conduct property inspections and prepare comprehensive valuation reports
Analyze market trends and provide expert advice to clients on Investment decisions
Conduct property viewings and faciltate transactions on behalf of clients
Prepare and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents
Coordinate property marketing activities including online listings and advertising
Assist with Property Management tasks, such as tenant screening, rent collection and property maintenance cordination
Perform administrative duties including data entry, file management and client correspondence
