Request for Architect to provide architectural design services for God’s Image Ministries’ Headquarters

God’s Image Ministries International (GIMI) has recently acquired a 1,800 square meter parcel of land in Silverest, Chongwe, with the intention of constructing its headquarters on the site. The envisioned headquarters will be a two-story building, comprising an auditorium, a dedicated wing for Sunday School activities, facilities tailored for individuals with disabilities, and ground floor restrooms, along with upper-floor offices.

GIMI is currently inviting proposals from qualified individual architects to provide professional architectural design services for the headquarters project. Architects interested in submitting proposals must meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a minimum bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.

• Membership with the Zambia Institute of Architects.

• Demonstrated experience in similar projects.

If you meet these qualifications, please submit a proposal, limited to a maximum of 3 pages, outlining your experience and listing similar projects you have completed. Additionally, include your quotation in Zambian Kwacha and send it to GIMI.Headquarters@gmail.com with a copy to j.simfukwe@gmail.com  by April 22nd 2024.
