Join our dedicated team to advance agricultural technology and improve farming productivity across Zambia. Lusaka AgroTech Institute Limited (LATI), a premier agricultural technology training institution, is committed to enhancing the agricultural sector by offering practical skills development training and consultancy services. We are seeking passionate individuals to fill the following positions:

1. FARM POWER AND MACHINERY OFFICER (1 Position)

• Qualifications: Minimum certificate in farm power, mechanization or agricultural engineering.

• Experience: At least 3 years in a relevant field.

• Responsibilities: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and management of farm machinery and equipment, ensuring efficiency and sustainability in farm operations.

2. IRRIGATION OFFICER (1 Position)

• Qualifications: Minimum general agriculture certificate.

• Experience: At least 3 years in irrigation management or a related field.

• Responsibilities: Develop and implement efficient irrigation systems and practices to enhance crop production and water conservation.

3. AGRONOMIST (1 Position)

• Qualifications: A minimum diploma in general agriculture or its equivalent.

• Experience: At least 3 years in agronomy or a related field.

• Responsibilities: Provide expertise in crop management and soil conservation, contributing to improved farm productivity and sustainability.

4. GENERAL WORKERS (8 Positions)

• Qualifications: Farm experience is an added advantage.

• Responsibilities: Perform various tasks in support of agricultural operations, including planting, maintenance, harvesting, and processing.
