Human Resources Officer
Grade: Low-Level Management
Reporting to: Head of Finance & Administration
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
HR planning (recruitment, hiring, etc.).
Staff training and development.
Managing relations (employment relations, industrial relations and other stakeholder relations).
Providing input to senior management on HR matters.
Performance management.
Payroll processing and compliance with policies and procedures.
Compensation and benefits management.
Overseeing disciplinary action.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
