Position: Sales and Marketing Officer
Location: Lusaka
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
Manage social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and close deals
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Assist in organizing and attending promotional events and trade shows
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the energy or tech industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools
Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
