Sales and Marketing

Responsible for selling different spare parts in mechanical, electrical, tires, suspension & accessories. Assesses needs, takes orders, finds products, and checks out customers

Key Responsibilities

• Customer service & manage store front
• Meet monthly sales quotas and sales deadlinesSocial Media: Support company activity across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to expand the social media audience base. Write engaging content for various audiences that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Email Marketing: Plan and manage a regular schedule of email marketing activities, grow the subscriber base, and create engaging, relevant content, including conducting tests to optimize results.
• Help customers find the spare parts they are looking for
• Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions.
• Recommend substitute parts or show customers how to modify parts.
• Sell parts to repair garages, retail shops, trucks, car hire companies, and bus companies, dealers, and the public
• Assist with inventory tracking and ordering
