Okavango Foods Limited is looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Customer Care Team. We provide food solutions across Lusaka and beyond, and our customer care agents are the voice of our brand.

🕒 Shifts Include Day and Night Work
Applicants must be available for night shifts, holidays, and weekends on a rotating schedule.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions via phone, WhatsApp, and social media professionally and efficiently.
  • Receive and process customer orders accurately.
    Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the ERP and Freshchat systems.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and production teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 26 years or older and of sober character
  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent (credit or better in English is preferred)
  • Any tertiary education (certificate or diploma) is an added advantage
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and local languages
  • Prior customer service experience is an added advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt quickly
  • Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
