It is against this background that the Plan International Zambia invites bids for the supply and delivery of 1,123 double thick, closed double fleece blankets

3. SPECIFICATIONS OF ITEM

All prospective bidders are expected to provide bid that meet the following specification

  • Double thick, closed double fleece blankets
  • Dull colours
  • Double (85”x90”) Size

** Note that a pictorial sample for the double thick, closed double fleece blankets is attached in the link Pictorial Sample.   Shortlisted vendor will be expected to provide a physical sample of the double thick, closed double fleece blankets.

4. DELIVERY

The successful bidder shall be expected to deliver the double thick, closed double fleece blankets at Plan International Mansa Office located at Plot No 1030 Chitimukulu Road, Mansa with three weeks of contract award. Therefore, bidders are expected to consider delivery related costs in their submission.

5.  HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR OFFER/BIDS

All prospective bidders should provide the following documentations:

– Offer/Quotation in Zambia Kwacha

– Successful completion of at least two (2) contracts with reputable organizations/NGOs involving the supply of bedsheets, blankets, or related bedding items such as mattress covers, duvets, or comforters, each serving a similar purpose in providing comfort and bedding solutions. The documentary evidence shall comprise: a copy of both LPO/ contract together with its proof of delivery document such as a copy of a signed Delivery Note, or completion certificate(s) or payment certificate(s), or Payment vouchers, and/or goods received notes (GRN) from the previous clients. Failure to provide proof of delivery for an LPO /contract will not be counted as experience. References maybe contacted for due diligence.

– Bid Validity 120 Days
– ZPPA supplier registration
– Company registration certificate with form III indicating shareholding structure.
– VAT tax registration/clearance certificate
– Litigation status indicating supplier has no pending litigation that would negatively affect the execution of this contract.
