Uptiphic Creative Limited is a branding, printing, media (photography, videography etc) and creative solutions company. We provide high-quality design, printing, and promotional branding services for businesses and corporate clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing to help us grow by securing corporate deals and increasing revenue.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A natural marketing/ salesperson – Can confidently sell our services and close deals.
- Self-driven – Takes initiative and creates strategies to get clients.
- Results-oriented – Focused on increasing revenue and securing corporate deals.
- Strategic & Smart – Can network, get tenders, and win business deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Develop and implement sales strategies to secure new corporate clients.
- Build strong relationships with businesses to expand Uptiphic Creative’s market presence.
- Actively generate leads through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Marketing & Business Growth
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize digital marketing, social media, and offline strategies to attract clients.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
PERFORMANCE & REPORTING
- Set and meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide reports on sales performance and client engagement.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven success in executing marketing campaigns and closing deals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Academic Qualification in Sales, Marketing or any related field.
- Experience in branding, printing, or corporate marketing is an added advantage.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: K3,500 – K5,000
- Commission /Performance Bonuses
