A reputable security company operating in Solwezi and surrounding districts seeks a highly skilled Operations Security Officer to oversee its security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective deployment plans for security personnel
– Conduct actual deployments and ensure seamless execution
– Participate in the recruitment process to identify top talent
– Attend disciplinary meetings and contribute to fair resolutions
– Resolve disputes efficiently and effectively
– Design and deliver training programs for security guards
– Monitor and report security breaches, incidents, or concerns
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders
– Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
– Manage and maintain security equipment and resources
Required Attributes:
– Strong command presence
– Unwavering commitment to excellence
– Valid driver’s license
– Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
– Retired police officers or military personnel highly encouraged to apply
