Marketing and Sales Agents (Commission-Based)

Role Overview:

As a Marketing and Sales Agent, you will:

– Proactively identify and engage potential clients to generate leads.
– Promote and sell our security and cleaning services with a consultative approach.
– Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
– Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
– Collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:

– A Grade 12 School Certificate.
– Marketing experience is an added advantage.
– Knowledge and experience in selling security and cleaning services will be an added advantage.
– Access to a smartphone or computer with internet.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to market needs.
