Sales Executive

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Sales and Marketing team as a Sales Executive. The role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage sales leads, ensuring effective follow-up and prioritization.
• Plan and execute sales activities, including field visits and customer calls.
• Deliver exceptional customer service tailored to client needs.
• Drive market share growth through prospecting and onboarding new customers.
• Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on competitor activities and industry trends.
• Support operational goals through accurate documentation and debt management.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Certificate/Diploma in a Business-related field.
• Proficiency in computer applications; knowledge of Navision is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or a related field.
• Experience in Tyre industry is added advantage.
• Must have good customer relation skills.
• Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
