*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and expand our customer base.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans
2. Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to identify new business opportunities
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
4. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and marketing goals
6. Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including social media content, brochures, and product catalogs
7. Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics

*Requirements:*

1. Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
2. Traceable experience in sales and marketing (minimum 1-2 years)
3. Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
7. Social media marketing skills (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*Desired Skills:*

1. Digital marketing skills (Google Analytics, AdWords, etc.)
2. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
3. Knowledge of the detergent industry or related field
4. Fluency in multiple languages (optional)
