Sales Consultant – Insurance Division

ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Insurance Sales Consultant is self-employed, and focuses on identifying potential clients, marketing to them the company’s very high-quality USD life and other protection products, presenting them with suitable product proposals, and making policy sales. He/she must build relationships with clients to ensure retention of business and facilitate new business.

**Existing life insurance sales experience is necessary.**

Requirements:

• Meet personal KPI sales figures agreed with the Sales Director.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and assessment for potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and KPIs.
• 2-5+ years of experience in the insurance industry or selling insurance to individuals and families.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, and sell to key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, both Zambians and British/Europeans.
• Intense, strong, disciplined, and self-motivated to execute well in a fast-paced environment.
• Be mobile with your own transport and have a functioning laptop.
• Be able to show us that you are a proven sales professional and that you know how to both prospect and close.
• Have familiarity with LinkedIn and have a social/business network that allows you to develop sales and referrals.
• Speak articulate English.

Full training will be given.
