Job Vacancy: Sales Engineer – Kitwe

Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with expertise in mining products, motors, pumps, bolts, heavy equipment, cylinder repair, and motor vehicle parts? We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our vibrant team in Kitwe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the mining and industrial sectors.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
  • Preferable candidate must be young, dynamic, and keen to learn fast.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in mining or heavy equipment industries.
  • Strong knowledge of motors, pumps, bolts, heavy equipment, and related products.
  • Technical understanding of cylinder repair and motor vehicle parts for purposes of Service Offers to Clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Zambia.
