Senior Relationship Officer – Lusaka

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Head of Deposit Sales.  The Senior relationship officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Generate leads, manage sales, and build a deposit portfolio
• Implement and support sales strategies as outlined by the business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by offering excellent customer service
• Attend to client complaints and resolve issues efficiently and promptly
• Providing clients with comprehensive product and service consultations and guiding their decision-making process
• Upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients
• Preparing and presenting regular reports on performance, client feedback, and market trends

MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or any other related disciplines
• 3 years relationship management or sales experience in the Banking/Financial services industry
• Knowledge of Financial Investment Products and markets.
• Understanding of relevant legislation e.g. KYC, Anti – Money laundering
